There are different styles of teaching, because each scholar will learn within a different design, these include image learners, auditory learners and kinesthetic learners. These learners all will need different ways of helping those to learn. For example a oral learner understands by using auditory awareness, they prefer to pay attention rather than watch or participate. Visual students prefer to view rather than listen or participate. These students prefer the usage of overhead projectors, flip charts and aesthetic stimulates to find out from. They might take a step back in practical actions as watch others as they perform the task. A benefit on this learning style is that would it be the best way to deliver a lot of details and it can become printed to get hard copy to get kept by the learners when needed. A down fall for this is if there may be along lecture a lot of the data might not be received as people will lose fascination and might not be able to concentrate for the entire time. I might use this style of teaching when delivering information about the back floor of post dancing since use of photos and videos would be needed at this stage of learning. Oral learners depends on hearing and speaking as being a main technique of learning. Oral learners must be able to listen to what is staying said to be able to understand and might have difficulty with instructions which might be written. They also use their listening and repeating expertise to evaluate the information that is given to all of them. These learners are similar to image and would learn very well from lectures with flipcharts and over mind projectors as long as the tutor is discussing through the records and explaining each part of the subject. An advantage of this sort of learning would it be is easy to offer a lecture and speak with these students to help them procedure the information. A bad side to the is that not every information might be obtained and the use of drafted information to help these groups remember may well not work aswell as it would with aesthetic learners. We would use oral learning through my classes as I would need to talk through every maneuver and technique within the pole syllabus.

Kinesthetic learners master best by taking part in practical activities to learn. Doing tasks and doing role-plays aid in this learner to master. A down fall for this type of educating is that a lot of subjects will not have virtually any reason to accomplish kinesthetic teaching and it is also a lot more frustrating that the additional two learning styles since organizing the activities, finding the space and arranging the groups would devote some time for the teacher. One advantage to this learning style is the fact it would retain a lot of learners included and keep their particular interest for longer, as well as getting fun to get the learners to be involved in. With the rod instructor course this type of learning is used a whole lot, as the learners will need to demonstrate and teach each move to others through out the complete course. While teaching a pole health class, which can be set out like a hourly lesson per week both during the day or perhaps evening depending on the learner. This can either always be 1-2-1 or group classes all three types of teaching will be used within this category. First the trainer will show the maneuver – which will help the visual learner, then this instructor will talk through each portion of the move – which will help the auditory student and finally the learner then gets to make an effort the move themselves which will help the kinesthetic learners. By doing this of teaching will almost always be...
