My protector, Philip Fonsworth went into the Army to fight for the freedoms that we currently have in present day and quite often take for granted. Philip was stationed in multiple places that forced him to remain not comfortable, but in Korea the remarkable anger forced upon Americans was intolerable. Some people find it hard to use their internal strengths and over power their particular weaknesses. Bravery is the undiscovered strength further than ones comfort ability. The ability to face ones rival, whether it means presence or death, is a obvious example of valor. My father, a brave gentleman, was cared for as a second class resident and remained determined to fight for each of our Country's principles. Philip Fonsworth overcame distinct obstacles to stand up for what he supported. As he was stationed in Tangshan, Korea in 1989, the Korean's spit on the floor as he passed through, He sensed so belittled and rejected to think that way. He then turned around and approached the Korean guy and requested directions, the Korean intentionally sent him through an place where he was forced to move through trenches, lake beds, and also stuck in the mud. This individual consistently wondered why he was being thus degraded, but refused to turn back. This individual called a restoration specialist to recoup him, the 25 ton recovery automobile (wrecker) then arrived 1 hour later. The soldiers drove my dad back to the DMZ; the DMZ was the demilitarized zone. That evening, he left the DMZ to purchase a little to consume; The Koreans gave him a chicken vegetable rice bowl. The man informed him that the Korean's grew their rice and fresh vegetables in human being waste and that they considered this to be a fertilizer.
