To start with, North Americans usually do not put enough effort into religion and it is symbolism as much as they do in relation to material objects and their value. Also, people put more money into components, objects or perhaps items, instead of donating for their local parish. Furthermore, the desire for the American Desire outweighs our need for hope in the head of the family. Religion's value in symbolism has dropped over the past many years compared to material goods by which are known all over the North Americans. Symbolism is exactly what helps persons recognize the importance of a organization, an event, a religious idea and etc.. For example , Nike can be described as North American renowned sports company, in which many people buy and wear many on a day to day basis. The majority of North America can easily recognize the symbol of Nike " The Swoosh” and its significance Just do it, most do not recognize the Omkara symbol in the Hindu religious beliefs and what stands for. The Omkara image represents the universe, yesteryear, the present and future. Many have changed religious values with materialistic goods to be able to live a wealthy and satisfying lifestyle instead of remaining pure because of their afterlife and also other religious problems after death. Also, most people do not realize the unnecessary materialistic goods in their household, just like Loui Vuitton, Apple, Honda, Microsoft, and etc while in those same households; religious materialistic symbols in order to the minimum. This shows that culture has took on money plus the goods that come with it pertaining to satisfaction instead of believing within their religious god(s) for a safe and cheerful life and afterlife. Thus, stating that materialistic items are far more valuable than religious symbols in today's world.
