During the period of our countries history, the delivery of our health care program has tried to meet the needs of our growing and changing human population. However , we somehow apparently fall short in delivering our goals of providing top quality, affordable and accessible health-related to our residents. The history of the delivery program will show we continuously improved the delivery of our program however under no circumstances mange to manage cost. Whenever we can come program efficient strategies to cut price, the delivery of top quality care will abide by. The delivery of the U. S. health care system is promoting drastically through the years from the inception of structured healthcare to today's underdeveloped system. Prior to the 1920's, the majority of Americans will only seek out medical attention to deal with chronic health issues which will shortly result in death. Medical center centers were scarce and early patients were typically treated simply by private doctors in their homes. Because of the shortage of hospitals and the underdevelopment of medical technology at that time, doctors can do small to help people.
