The American comedy-drama film Outsourced was directed simply by John Jeffcoat in 2006. Through this movie, the main Todd Anderson grudgingly visited India to teach his replacement because his job and whole department were outsourced. In this foreign land, Jake started his new job; saw dingy but distinctive scenery; got a new term, Toad; met new people. Beside the living feature, he have an project needed to finish, which is to decrease the time of the typical call by 12 mins to half a dozen. If this kind of team are not able to reach this kind of standard, I really could not go back home. What Todd only dedicated to is the reddish number around the NPM Monitor so that this individual teach they about the American tradition. However what he neglected is to blend in with this foreign country. This can be a ethnic conflict in this film, yet fortunately, Todd finally realize this point and deal with his mindset. There were three obstacles the primary character, John, faced in the film which is he have to put aside his arrogant attitude, to understand the diverse culture in India, and fitting in to this kind of culture.

First of all, the initial obstacles Jake faced was going to put aside his arroganess. Because an American resident who is adult in a designed country, it can be understandable that Todd provides a sense of national pride especially when he went to a developing country. Crowd, filthy street, caws and lamb running around as well as there was a man pee in public place; those were the primary impression India impressed him. I believe maybe not simply Todd can feel disappointed, but as well everybody can disappoint with this delicate country which has a long record. Fortunately, after a talk with an unusual American, Todd noticed that he condemned the folks around him based on his own view, and he should pompous his frame of mind if he want to get to his goal.
